2. Products & Customization

  • We offer personalized/customized gifts based on the information and artwork provided by the customer.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the customization details (text, images, colors, etc.) are accurate and correctly uploaded.

  • We do not take responsibility for any spelling or content errors submitted by the customer.

3. Order Process

  • Once an order is placed, a confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

  • Customized orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation unless approved by our support team.

  • Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors (logistics delays, festive seasons, etc.).

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed are in INR and include applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to change product prices or discontinue items without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering via secure payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include extra charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via our courier partners across India.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on your location and product type.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address input by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

  • For any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos and order ID.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • You confirm that any images or content you upload for customization are either owned by you or used with proper permission.

  • 8nxt is not liable for copyright infringements caused by customer-submitted content.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • 8nxt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

  • Our maximum liability, in any case, will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

  • By using our site and services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

  • We collect and use your personal data only for order fulfillment and communication.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai,Tamil Nadu.
